Except for 1 item, I was pretty much 100% yesterday! I am doing this thing. This was the first sunday in a very long time that I was able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I usually eat one big meal or have two meals, not really healthy. I only got in half of my water, but that was due to me sleeping alot LOL. All in all it was a good day. My goal for today is to eat 100% on my plan and to get in all of my water.
