Starting my Fast Break

Ok. Well, yesterday I wrote down my fast break goals...
1-Drink 8+ glasses water daily
2-Do 10 minutes of some type of exercise daily/treadmill (as it has been 0 degree weather here lately) or wii fit plus (we should be getting by ups today, hopefully) :) or some type of exercise video (I have a few...)
3-Read a motivational story daily
My goals are to do these at least 5 out of the 7 days or even possibly daily!
Have been working on long-term goals... but am heading to school right now so will have to get to them later.
Here I go! :)
