So I have been reading and reading and reading some more about different things regarding food. Which is meant to just fuel our bodies and of course be enjoyed but in moderation.
I recently purchased Skinny B*tches I was a little put off by the title but read it anyway, learned a few things then I got The Makers Diet, which is even more educating and more recently I purchased The Spark...
I have opted to eat "things grown from the ground" this helps me eliminate any processed foods and eat more "whole" foods with a positive attitude. I am weighing myself daily to keep in check... and I am noting that as well on my home calendar. I am also consulting my doctor regarding my thyroid and metabolism.
I am going to be heading to the gym as we do have a membership and I need to make good use of it.
