My leg is slowly healing and I'm following the rules for rest and regular icing. I've decided to not let this get me down or to stand in my way of getting these pounds off. So today I'm implementing plan B. I'm reducing my daily calorie intake to 1200 and trying to get at least 150 grams of protein. This is extreme for me but I know I have to do something drastic to combat no cardio for at least a week. I had finally made it back to six days a week so without the extra burning I have to cut my intake. This is going to take all my inner strength and a little help from the man above but I'm going to do this!!!
