Someone on my SP class team asked how we were doing with our goals. I thought to myself, "what are my goals?". I wrote them down and probably even wrote a blog about them, but if I could not remember them, then they were not very good goals.
The one goal that I do remember and have been working towards is to be consistent with exercise. My goal is to workout four days a week and earn at least 200 fitness minutes per week. I am going to keep working toward that goal.
My other goal is to wear a size 8 again and my wedding rings.
Lastly, I want to throw away my "fat" clothes. I define "fat clothes" as any pants with an elastic waist or ones that I wore while I was pregnant. My son is three and a half years old!
So...I will keep you all posted! So far this month, my exercise has been pretty good, but I want to surpass my minutes from last January, which were 482 minutes.
