My goals

Someone on my SP class team asked how we were doing with our goals. I thought to myself, "what are my goals?". I wrote them down and probably even wrote a blog about them, but if I could not remember them, then they were not very good goals.

The one goal that I do remember and have been working towards is to be consistent with exercise. My goal is to workout four days a week and earn at least 200 fitness minutes per week. I am going to keep working toward that goal.


My other goal is to wear a size 8 again and my wedding rings.

Lastly, I want to throw away my "fat" clothes. I define "fat clothes" as any pants with an elastic waist or ones that I wore while I was pregnant. My son is three and a half years old!

So...I will keep you all posted! So far this month, my exercise has been pretty good, but I want to surpass my minutes from last January, which were 482 minutes. emoticon

    One of my favorite things about SP (and I think it shows the brilliance of Chris Downie) is the way it's set up to help us work on goals. I have my fitness goals on my spark page (different things in different areas, measurable with defined dates). I have some other life goals that I track separately.

    I too want to be in a size 8 and then go down from there.. I began the boot camp again today. Good luck to us.

    Those are great goals! I'm with you, I really need to revisit my goals. Some of them have expired and I didn't hit them. I will not be setting weight goals, those are unreasonable. I feel so much better and my clothes are fitting better so I'm not going to cry over the darn scale not moving!!

    Good to revisit our goals once in awhile anyway just to make sure they are still good ones for the present time.

    Exercise... This was my main goal last year and I did manage to succeed for 90% of the year so I'm chalking that up for an accomplishment. BUT...I still have to keep it at the forefront because it easily becomes a non-priority since it is not my favorite thing to take time for.

    You'll get there as you are more determined about it right now!

    My goals are a size 8 with a toned body.
    I have been doing really good with food and I start exercise again tomorrow.
