How much water should you drink every day?

Start by drinking plenty of water every day. To calculate your daily water needs, use the simple formula below:
__________/ 2 =___________ounces of water per day
your weight
in pounds

Broccoli, Cucumber, Spinach, Bell peppers, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Carrots, Cantaloupe, Blueberries Grapes, Watermelon, Oranges, Apples Bananas, Grapefruit, Tomatoes, some water-rich fruits and vegetables . emoticon
I would say don't go over eight a day. Even if this formula comes out to where you are to drink more..

    Actually from my nutritional studies the water bearing vegetbles and fruits deduct the amount of daily additional water you will need.

    Drinking too much water can damage your kidneys and over-tax them.

    I was drinking 9 32ounces(that's what my cup held) a day till I got shut down by my dr. to only 4 8ounce glasses of water a day....Bummer!!! emoticon
