On the Mend

This weekend I was too afraid to get on the scale so I said I would wait another week. The good news is that I'm now able to do some light cardio so I've been on a rowing machine everyday so far. The bad news is that I haven't been tracking my meals and so I'm sure that I've been over my goal. I'm not going to let that get me down because it feels so good to do cardio again. I still have a few more weeks of healing before I'm back to normal but I'm definitely on the mend.

    That is so good you can start going back to doing cardio. Keep on doing what you can cause that's what matters the most.
