wrestling back on track, need a different track?

I am tired of my "don't wanna" excuses, not just for exercise but for housework and other organizational stuff. I haven't been off track long, but after playing the opera on Saturday night, it's been nothing but tired. Everytime they talk about getting a good nights sleep on SP articles --- yeah! I have no umphf for an intense workout when I just want to collapse into a nap.
So, I'm going to look at doing light housekeeping as part of my workouts almost daily. Then my housecleaning day will have time freed up for other projects or special cleaning needs. I'm not going to think of it in terms of the task as that can generate the "I don't wanna." I'm gonna focus on the 20 minutes. I need to continue to train myself into a more active way of being.
