trying this whole sparkpeople blogging thing...

Not sure how much blogging I'm going to be doing, but figured I would give this a try. I have been a SparkPeople member for quite some time, but seriously started back with it in November of last year. I was mostly just tracking eating for November and December, and started really working on getting the fitness minutes in at the beginning of January. So far, I have lost around 17 pounds. My first "big goal" is my 10%, or approximately 34 pounds--so I'm halfway there! :)
