A new spin on my daily routine - Celsius

I've never been big on energy drinks, however, I've come across Celsius over the past few weeks, as it's a product my brother and sis-in-law are using. We've been doing a Family Weightloss Challenge since August 1, 2009, weighing in every Friday with wonderful results! I think we've now lost of over 175 lbs. as a family combined. From their recommendation I decided to try the product and have found I really like it. I'll include the link if you want to look further into the product.

Basically it's an "all natural" energy drink, that boosts your metabolism and allows you to burn 100+ calories per can. It is suggested you have 1x per day and before workouts. I've started by having one in the afternoon and find I really enjoy it! There are no jittery after effect as in some energy products, and the flavors are really good! You can find carbonated flavors as well as their green tea flavors which are uncarbonated.

I purchased a case of the "Cola", "Lemon-lime" and "Ginger-ale" from Amazon this week with my free shipping Prime option. I also spied them at Fred Meyer on sale for 2 packages for $10.00, and along with a coupon that is offered on the Celsius site comes to basically $1.00 per can. I purchased a package of Orange as well as Peach-mango, both very good over ice! My brother buys the Orange and the Raspberry Acai Green Tea flavors at Costco, although ours does not stock it yet.

By supplementing my daily diet with a Celsius while following my Medifast plan, it can very well burn up one extra Medifast meal that I have every day and continue to put me in the calorie deficit necessary for efficient fat loss. Giving it a try these next few weeks to see if this helps to continue to boost my results. Let me know if you have any comments or have had success with Celsius yourself! Cheers!
