Friday night I went camping! I thought it was going to be all tents and peeing in a bush, but come to find out we rented a cabin and had direct tv, wifi, and a full kitchen. REALLY ROUGHING IT OUT! ;)
With all of that also came everyones food choices: we all brought oreos, chips and dip, beer (which is disgusting I might add), cheesy breadsticks, and cookie cake. Along with cokes and over-sweetened juice, we all probably gained about 10 lbs for going camping for one night!
But its ok, because I needed a high-calorie day to restart my week so i can get back on track. I was talking to my boyfriends mom, and she's been on this NO SUGAR diet. Apparently if you decrease your sugar intake to less than 20g a day, the weight will slide right off of you. She lost 8 lbs in her first week, so I'm going to try it. The other good thing about this is no cal-counting. For me its much easier to count sugars than calories... idk why! lol
