I was dreading turning 50 this month but am now excited about starting the 28-day Spark Challenge and the Be Your Own Valentine challenge on one of my teams. I have read The Spark and gotten ready to move forward, but was still unsure what kind of exercise to do so I figured out my own plan and will follow it as best I can. After being pretty much immobilized the past 4 years, even beginner workouts are grueling for me so I picked the easiest videos and workouts I have that are still challenging and I will start there. Can't wait till they become too easy and I can move on. It really helps to have 2 sisters who are working on their goals and pushing me to keep up! Thanks, girls!
