Goals for February

Doing a little thinking about what goals I'd like to accomplish next month. January was my first (almost) full month of working out, and I feel so much better that obviously I'd like to keep up the good work. So here's where I'd like to go in February.
-Track food EVERY day. Yes, even on days when "bad things" happen, and even if I have to guesstimate what I ate--write it down anyway!
-Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Now that I'm in the habit of doing this, I am going to try to slowly wean myself off the Crystal Light packets. So I'm going to start by saying that I want to try having at least 1 of my 4 water bottles daily be plain water as opposed to the flavored water. We'll see how that goes!
-Go to the gym at least 4 days a week, and try to do something active on the other days. I already have Monday and Friday as days when I "have to" go to the Y because Jamie has a class, and I typically hit up the "other" Y (the one slightly closer to me, where I like the strength training machines better!) on Tuesday and Thursdays to do strength work. So if I can keep that up, that would be my 4 days. I also have access to the fitness center at our apartment complex, several exercise videos, FitTV, and am planning to purchase Wii Fit Plus as soon as it's in stock somewhere around here. So I have plenty of options!
-Lose 8 pounds this month. Obviously more would be great! Not going to set myself a goal bigger than 2 lbs/week because it's a short month as it is.
-Cook at least 3 new healthy recipes this month. I'm already planning to try one in the slow cooker tomorrow. :)
We'll see how things go with that! I'm also looking forward to weighing in tomorrow and taking my measurements. Did I just say that???
