I am hear to report a one pound weight loss for the month of January.
Yep...the homemade bread and ice cream
did not help my attempt to lose weight. So...I better stay away from them.
I did lose weight
but t hen gained it back. This is not what I want to do for the rest of my life.
I was better with my exercise and bet my January 2009 record of 482 fitness minutes for a new record of 540 fitness minutes!
I am proud of this. I would workout even when I did not want too, but my eating sabotaged me.
So...the plan for February:
1. List all food into the nutrition tracker each day.
2. Continue working out four to five times a week ( I have managed 3 times in one week...working on increasing that time).
3. Drink more water
4. Try to get some more sleep. I am not sleeping much due to job stress, an older dog and a sick baby...but will try.
5. Read my Spark Book!
Weight loss goal: 8 lbs
Reward: hmmm....will think about this!
