Anxious & Wondering!!!

It seemed so easy in the beginning!!! I dont know what happened, but I either dont eat enough calories or eat too many, or go over my fat for the day!!! Did great today except on fat!!! Tonight is the 1st night I am starving!!! Guess I will eat some applesauce. If I keep up like the past few days, when I go weigh on Sat I will have gained instead of losing!!! I dont know what changed I was doing so good in the beginning. Guess I will go back & look at my tracker in the beginning & see what I was eating then. Gotta change something or this aint gonna work!!! Sooo frustrated with myself!!! Hope things are better tomorrow!!!

    just take babystep drink your 8+ water a day, I agree with all the other comments backtrack what you eat before.,good luck.

    Kristie........... Don't let it get you down........ we all go through those stages when it seems nothing is working...... Just re check your nutrition..... and see what you can do... Keep thinking positive and moving forward... emoticon

    Yes, look at your food diary. Don't stress over getting fats and all that other stuff right. Concentrated on getting your calories and space this out during the day so you won't get hungry. Plan your meals for the whole day and take note of what you eat and when you get hungry and adjust as needed. Yesterday I found myself getting hungry before my scheduled meal and looked back -- no protein and fats, just carbs that burn up quickly. Don't give up and that is hard when you are hungry so eats something dense -- chesse and crackers, peanut butter and crackers or bread -- just to name a few, but watch the serving sizes. Remember a few changes at a time. Continue moving too. Good luck. emoticon

    You are doing great...I find if I have some protein for a midmorning or midafternoon snack that helps me not feel so hungry. There are some great protein drinks on the market...I can't think right now the name of the one I used but it was only 110 calories. (I'll let you know) Cold chicken works well too!

    Don't beat yourself up! The best thing to do is what you mentioned, go back and look at what you were eating when it DID work. You can do this! You've already proven that so just keep in mind that tomorrow is a new day and make it a great day! You can't change today but you can change tomorrow!
