On to week Two

So, my first week of the challenge is over and all in all I didn't do to bad. I stayed the same weight so at least I didn't gain any. I also started drinking 100% fruit juice which worked as eating fruits and veggies. I had a salad almost every day which was real good. I haven't ate much the last couple of days as I've had a touch of the flu and have only had some chicken noodle soup and crackers yesterday. I am feeling much better today and plan on getting back into my good eating habits. I do need to start driniking my water as I did not do that last week. I also have to get back into my exercise routine. Well, onto week two.
