Realized one of my many weakness'. In this case with M&M's and chocolates I'm going to start seriously limiting my quantities. Banning won't work because it leads to wanting and longing. emoticon

In this case out sight out of mind would actually work for me. This I know. Working on increasing my water intake.

    Water - one of my absolute weak points. I've started a water streak and I've been doing good all of February. I can't help but think what kids we really are... "Drink your water and you'll earn points." Really funny when you think about it, but hey, whatever works.

    Once you get back into your program a little further the sweets cravings should get a bit better & I agree, trying to cut sweets out won't work. Just try to be smart about it. I had a show-down with a Snickers bar last week. It was in my desk drawer at work and I was going to see how long I could keep it there. Well, I made it all the way to day 2... :-)
