My inspiration

I have many people that inspire me to my fitness best. My husband is very dedicated to fitness and has been known to arise at 4 am to workout. My Mom is also dedicated to fitness and will push herself to greater fitness levels than even her body realizes it can go. For this blog entry, I chose to discuss my beautiful sister-in-law Christine.
I met Christine one spring day in 1996 and she was outgoing and pleasant. She always made me feel welcome into her family. She was my Matron of Honor and was stunning in her red dress. We actually have pictures of the Limo drivers admiring her.
Recently, Christine has begun a fitness routine that reminds me of the contestants on "The Biggest Loser". She works out with a creative and unique trainer and I look forward to always hearing what the trainer had her do during each session. I admire Christine's fortitude and dedication. She, like her brother, will focus on a task at hand and get it done. She wanted to lose weight and nothing will stop her. I feel myself lumbering along

without any real focus, but Christine has focus and that is one thing I admire.
Christine is my inspiration and I hope to catch up to her fitness level one day. For now...when I don't feel like working out

, I think of her on her treadmill at 6 am

and try to follow her lead.
Thanks Christine for the inspiration!
