Week 1 challenge

Week 1 has past and I was doing very well. The whole week I got weight just about everyday and it was down 2 lbs. The day of the weight-in I was up 2. WHAT GIVES. I'm hoping for a better week this week. I was hoping to lose at least 10 in 6 weeks I didn't think that was much but at this rate I won't lose anything.

    Ok I'm going to sound like my wii fit balance board for a minute but I think you need to hear....

    The weight of your body can fluctuate 2lbs in one day...Remember to always weigh your self at the same time everyday....

    That's what my wii fit board says to me when I weigh at the wrong time...It takes time to lose it and as long as you watch that nutrition and exercise you will slowly see the results your looking for...don't forget to drink tons of water. emoticon
