Week #6 - Goal Weight!

Yay - after 6 weeks on plan, today I weighed in at goal weight! I'm so happy with a 15# loss in this short time - and today move forward into Week #1 of Maintenance!

I'm simply adding a fruit serving to my plan each day for the next week or two, and will enjoy having an orange at lunch, or strawberries in my vanilla shake! I'll progress over the next 4 weeks or so adding a new food item at each week interval until my calories and exercise levels meet to maintain my low weight.

I'm still not at bikini status, but feel great, and know this is a lifestyle change and I feel good about the progress I'll continue to be making in the weeks ahead!

I'm so thankful the the Mediast plan and how it has helped me over the years to finally find the proper balance of nutrition with ease and convenience! It's been a daily staple of mine since April 28, 2006 - and although it's taken me many ups and downs to get to this point, I'm thankful for a product I know will always see me throught and keep me healthy!
