Wow! Can you believe we're one-sixth of the way through 2010 already!?!?!

Last Week:
Cardio - 125/180 mins
Strength - 3/3 Sessions emoticon
30 Day Shred DVD - 0/3 times (I just couldn't, blaaahhh)

3-1 to 3-7

WEEKLY GOALS:

emoticon Strength: 3 sessions
emoticon 30 Day Shred DVD - 3 sessions of level 2 (I'm moving on this week!)


March Goals:
emoticon Visit the gym 12 times (includes weight lifting!)
emoticon Lose 6 Pounds
Level 2 of 30 Day Shred DVD, 12 sessions total
Get a Job! This is it!! I'm getting a paycheck at the end of this month! I'm taking whatever work I can find! emoticon

Thighs: 30.5" (again, all the way at the top!)
