When we go on this ride to change our lives for the better,we have to to remember look for the Good!
When your muscles are sore, look for the good- you are seeing more Muscle. When you clothes don't fit( too big) look for the good-you get to go shopping for a smaller size! Every day Look for the Good! emoticon

    What a healthy philosophy to look for the good in things. My weight loss has been very slow despite exercising daily at a high intensity and really watching the calories. After reading your blog I will say I am making my body healthier even if it doesn't reflect in the scale. Thank you for an uplifting message - hope you can get out into the flowers soon
