yes where does the time go.... it seems like the week flies by the next thing you know it is the weekend which also flies by the crazy then another week is upon you already.... wow

well my daughter turned 16 last week and passed her drivers license and now I am carless....lol i am looking for a small car or truck for her so I can have my car back... I have been walking more cuz she has the car so that is one good thing... i walked to walmart today and it is about 3 miles... plus carring a backpack so I dont have to carry my stuff I buy at the store in my hands.. then I raked our muddy driveway for about 30 minutes so I am so ready for bed,.....lol

so I got in some good cardio today and hit the gym 2 times last week and also did some aerobics.. I hope our weather stays nice so I can keep walking... our weather changes so quickly here ya just never know it could be 40 today and have a blizzard tomorrow... it is very tricky this time of year.... by the way 4o here is awesome weather... walked with light jacket and people wear shorts in this weather....lol

I am carless most of the summer (my daughter is driving back & forth to work). But since I live miles from town, I won't be walking to my errands!

But when I run errands, I now park much further from the door and get in some extra steps that way!

Hope you are well. I read you intro page & checked your photos. You are making great, great progress! Yay! Good for you!!! And thanks for the inspiration!
