Week two of Community Team service. :-) I'm trying hard to get back on track. My goal at this point is to work out at least once a day on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. I have also gotten back on track w/ the water consumption. I am back up a little bit in my weight (133) after spending 4 days in Des Moines for work conference, but hope to get back to my 130 soon.... and beyond.
