I haven't lost any lbs this past week, but I'm trying to still get back into the swing of things. Portion management is my biggest issue. Now that I have been walking at work, I'm hoping it will help me get motivated to do more at home too. I did crunches, sit ups, abductions...etc this week, and feel the soreness from it, so I know I'm doing good if I just keep it up.
