Day 58 - 65

I haven't been good, but tomorrow is another day and I will start doing like I'm suppose to. Enough playing games, it's time for me to get serious. Granted I was sick this week, but I'm starting to feel better and I plan on getting and staying on track. The first thing that I'm going to do is to plan out my food for tomorrow. To make sure that I stick to it, I will enter it all in the food tracker so that I won't have any kind of excuse and won't wonder what I'm going to eat. Next I will be starting my Chalean Extreme over. The last time I did it, I wasn't eating like I was suppose to so I was defeating the purpose. My goals for today is to plan my meals for the next week so that I won't have the excuse of not having anything to eat. I hope to do this the rest of the month, but my short time goal is to do it the next three days. I can and will do this!

    I'm with you Dannielle, I'm really going to get serious this week. I was doing so good but I have been slacking off on the exercise lately. This week doing all the strength training I didn't do the usual amount of exercise I normally do. I'm going to find a way to add more strength training to my usual routine and not be totally exhausted. Good Luck on next week!
