Starting over on this Sparkling Saturday!

Saturday, March 13, 2010

I Will begin a new today! I will forgive myself for not meeting the goals I had set for myself this week even though they were small and reasonable objectives. I will work on dealing with work stress in a positive manner, and not let it derail me. My focus will be on the positive things in my life and the little steps that I have taken forward. Every step forward counts, and in every backward step there is a self revelation. I will learn! I CAN do this! WE CAN do this! We can provide a positive momentum for each other and accomplish our individual goals. Walk forward to a healthy lifestyle with me! emoticon emoticon

I have a great quote on my vision collage by Thomas Edison - "Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

I'm with you! My last couple of blogs sound very similar to this one! Which means that neither one of us is alone on this journey!

    Keep up the positive thoughts!
