Starting yesterday I have decided to start my journey over again. I lost my motivation in eating like I should for a little bit, but I'm looking to get that back on track. I did very good yesterday as I was 100% with my food and I did my CE workout, yeah! I know I can do it, it's just a matter of pushing myself to do it. I have set a mini goal to be 20 pounds lighter on May 31st. That ends up being around two and a half months from yesterday. This time I will make sure to keep my focus and to not find myself restarting again!
