Reflections on the week gone by!

While I was not perfect, I did much better this week! I want to celebrate this small victory! While I only exercised 2 days this week, it is better than not getting any exercise at all! I improved in the way in which I dealt with stress at work, and did not react by mindlessly eating "junk food"! I am pleased that while I had really strong urges to eat chocolate candy and Devil Dogs, I did not submit to these feelings, and while I may have eaten larger portions than I should have, I did not eat between meals, and I did not eat cakes, candies, breads,and ice cream which are triggers for binge eating for me. I am also happy to say that I was able to wear pants that I purchased in January which were too tight to zip at that time. While the scale is not moving as much as I would like it to, I am happy with my progress! Baby steps!This week I will try to get more exercise!
