Week 1 Day 2

I was able to finish the day with staying within my calories for the day, drinking more than 8 cups of water, and I managed to get in my exercise for the day! I am planning on have a busy day tomorrow so I will make sure to get my exercise done once I get home from work. I have a few places to visit and I need to take my daughter and niece to play games, so tomorrow is going to be an interesting day. My goals are to stay 100% on NS, drink at least 8 cups of water, and get in my 5 mile walk.
