Initial Goal met

Well, I set my initial goal at 5% of my body weight, which worked out to 11 lbs. I made it on today's weigh in. I'm so happy! Of course, it will only get more difficult as I go on, but I have developed a routine that I can live with and can keep up over the long term. I can't really see a difference yet, but that isn't what this is all about. I'm sure that it has made a difference to my blood sugar, triglicerides, etc. I know that I feel better.
