Week 1 Day 5

I did very well yesterday when it came to my eating. Even better, I got in all of my water and I did my workout!! I am coming along better then I had thought I would be. This week was a tough one, but I'm handling it quite well. My goals for today is to stay 100% with food, drink at least 8 cups of water, and get in my planned workout.
