Training for 10k - I did it!!

I ran the 10k on Saturday and survived! I hit my goal time almost exactly and felt great afterwards!! Now I'm going to continue the training schedule for the 10k (even though I'm done w/ it) so I can keep up my endurance through the summer. I have the 8K in November...so, other than a few 5K's here & there, tha's it! I'm sure I'll blog about my "intermediate" 10K training as well. :D
