Week 2 Day 1

I had a good day. I didn't overeat and I managed to get at least 4 cups of water in, which is a big deal since I find that I usually don't get any water in on the weekends! I did get some extra exercise in when I went outside and played with my daughter and my sister's dog. My goal for the day is to eat the food that I have planned out and do my planned workout.
