Plan for April

Happy April fools day!
This month is full with anniversaries & birthdays so will have to watch my calorie count close.
Goals for this month:
Tape measure test April 3rd
Go from 10 miles to 15 miles a week
Spring break week -exercise outside in the fresh air!
Work on my yoga more- need to be more flexible.
Spend time with my son on Spring break- walking the trails at the Parks.
Get 8 hours sleep.
Try 5 new recipes for dinner.
Be positive !
Work on self talk!
Would love to lose 50 pounds but I would take 10 pounds !
