. . .bad weather, injuries, yet making it through anyways. . .

SO the weather took a turn for the worse even though it was supposed to stay nice so I did not get my hike in :( It is okay though because where I was going to go to I haven't been before and its not like it will be going anywhere any time soon!

And besides the weather turning a little sour I hurt my foot some how last night and can barely walk on it, so I have to find some other exercise for today anyway. I guess I will just do some upper body strength training. Not what I wanted to do but it will at least be something.

We may do a bon fire tonight. That will be really nice, but it is really cold so I may chicken out! It may be a better night for family and movies instead. We will see.

Tomorrow will be nice. We have a brunch planned and we will have company tomorrow night. Yea! I am excited. I didn't get to see her last time when she dropped off my nephew so I will tomorrow. It will be fun times! We have been so busy we haven't seen each other in months. I am sure it will be a very late night of giggily girls! (yes I know giggily is not a real word. . .but it is fun!)

I am really glad I am making some alternatives to my exercise and not giving up completely. Gosh it is kinda crazy. I am not someone who gets hurt all the much but since I have been blogging daily and had a birthday it seems like I get hurt all the time now. Geesh. I hope it is just a short phase I grow out of because I really don't like this. I do not like to come across as someone who complains lots and has lots happen because that is so not me. Just sayin'.

Well my friends may your Sunday be filled with joy and happiness. Keep your loved ones close and enjoy them! Or do something amazing for yourself to appreciate your personal greatness :)

    Is the blogging a jinx?.... Probably not! You don't sound like a constant complainer, so don't worry about that. This is YOUR diary so write about whatever. You should document the good AND the bad.

    Get well soon, and well done for finding healthy ways to exercise without risking permanent injury. If it gets too much then you'll need to stop exercising altogether and eat less food. That would suck, but it's only temporary.

    Get in anything you can each day. There are so many alternatives if you can't get a full workout. Just get that body moving in some way.
