    I saw the doc for thyroid checkin and he confirmed that something is going around. He suggested sips of clear liquid every 5 minutes until the cramping goes away. I had a hard time realizing just what was what and worked for 2 days trying to be normal. I forgot the homeopathic stuff that works well too. Yesterday I got to hit the pillow alot. I got to observed the progression through my intestines. I have rice made as I go back to work today.

    I have dropped a little, but in my experience, that kind of weight loss is easily gained back. The doc increased my thyroid medication due to fatigue, so that may help with the weight.

    Have you tried apple cider vinegar with an ounce of water? Make sure it is on an empty stomach. That will kill the bugs in your stomach, you only need a teaspoon.
