So today was a decent eating day. That is good. I am finally getting back on track which is making me really happy. I am able to resist temptations more and more again. Love it!

Still need to get the exercise in better. Its not that I don't do lots I just don't count it in my head or log it unless it is easy to identify for myself that it is exercise. Now that doesn't mean that I don't do fun exercise, just that I don't always recognize all that I do. Does that even make sense?

Well I have to go now. HUGE test tomorrow and I am really stressed about it. Hopefully I will do well. I have lots of reading to catch up on. . .Oh the days and nights of a student. . .lol

    I'm glad you are eating on plan. I don't log in all my exercise either. It's too time consuming. Good luck with the test.

    Hey YOu! It sounds like you and I are at the same stage....I have not been tracking and exercising has been hard to get done too with the stress I have been under lately. I know...it is just an excuse! Good to see your post and good luck on your tests...take a deep breath....this too shall pass!
