So today was a decent eating day. That is good. I am finally getting back on track which is making me really happy. I am able to resist temptations more and more again. Love it!
Still need to get the exercise in better. Its not that I don't do lots I just don't count it in my head or log it unless it is easy to identify for myself that it is exercise. Now that doesn't mean that I don't do fun exercise, just that I don't always recognize all that I do. Does that even make sense?
Well I have to go now. HUGE test tomorrow and I am really stressed about it. Hopefully I will do well. I have lots of reading to catch up on. . .Oh the days and nights of a student. . .lol
