Work luncheon plan

I was told next week they are taking out all Admin Assitants out for lunch.
So started asking where we might go, I did some digging on Nutrition facts at those places. OH MY!
What I would of ordered last year, would of taken me over the day calorie not to mention the sodium!. I have a list for each place now, I can know the calorie and sodium count and drink water and have a great time!

    This is a very good step in making lifestyle changes. I have learned to choose grilled chicken at KFC and to forget about French fries or shakes when we go for burgers. I have a favorite at Denny's and am learning what is a good choice and what isn't. This is a great way to take away the anxiety of going out with friends. Once you have tried a menu item that fits your plan, you will know you can have it again when you go to that particular place. Way to go!

    Great job! I tried to get on the web site of the places I might be going out whether it be with work, spouse or friends so I can study the menu. Many times I will eat off of the appetizer menu with a side salad and this is plenty. This practice saves a lot of money when it comes time to pay the bill!

    Continue with this practice and it will pay off in the long run!
