Wanted: Fitness Suggestions

I have been thinking about trying to incorporate something new into my fitness repertoire but unsure about what I want to do.
I haven't always been big on exercise videos or DVD's, but I am willing to give them another shot.
Actually what I am looking for is something for firming and toning up the legs, especially upper thighs and also the buns.
If anyone has a favorite to recommend, please do.
