Wanted: Fitness Suggestions

I have been thinking about trying to incorporate something new into my fitness repertoire but unsure about what I want to do.
I haven't always been big on exercise videos or DVD's, but I am willing to give them another shot.
Actually what I am looking for is something for firming and toning up the legs, especially upper thighs and also the buns.
If anyone has a favorite to recommend, please do.

    I really like Jillian's New Yoga DVD. It's not slow/relaxing yoga, it's more like "power" yoga! I tried it on Comcast Exercise DVD and liked it so much I purchased it. I can do regular yoga as it feels like it puts me to sleep but really like Jillian's.

    Does your library or local video store carry a variety and you can out a few until you find one you like?

    Well when I workout at home, I use Coach Nicole’s online videos. There are several here on Sparkpeople.com found here:

    But you can also find several on Youtube.com just by Googling “Coach Nicole” I like the way Nicole walks you through them. The best part is that there are many to choose from at different intensity levels. So depending on where you are, you can find many to suit your fitness level.

    Squats with hand weights are good and inexpensive. Step benches are also good.. emoticon

    Not sure if I like them so well or not, but I am just on my way over to Coach Nicole's Pilates videos here on this site.
