taking a break -- out of respect

Monday, April 26, 2010

I know some rules for mourning, but I haven't had to apply them to SP. I'm not going to take a break from exercise or from working on my dietary choices. My Aunt died and I don't know if I'm traveling for the funeral yet -- but a week or so away from SP is my choice. I've gained a habit of getting log in points and I want those fitness minutes on the page, but I look at my SP mail, and no, the time now is for something different. I know I can log my fitness later, but I'm going to exercise for mood now more than fat loss.

I am sorry that you have suffered this loss. I like your attitude that you can always log things later but you will not step away from the exercise. Exercise for the mood is very important.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's never easy when someone we love moves on without us. All we can do is know they are in a better place watching over us, waiting for us to join them some day, and live our own lives to the fullest in their honor.
God Bless you and your family. emoticon
