Week 7

It wasn't that bad of week to say the least. I didn't stay on my plan the whole week, but I didn't over do it with food either. I managed to do my exercising, but not everything that I was planning on doing. I started back to school and I was doing some overtime also, so that could be why I didn't stick to my plan. That is something that I am going to work on. Next week will be better.
