Alright kids, I did it....I have a personal trainer now and LOVE HER! Funny enough she's one of my clients at the shop so i guess we kinda did a little swap a roo. She's like 4'11" buy man will that lil lady kick my every lovin booty! It's been 4 weeks now and though i have not actually lost a significant amount of weight, i can tell a difference in my body and how things are starting to fit better. My size 18's are comin back around! HECK YA! lol.... I started selling all of my larger sized clothing on ebay because i refuse to be that size ever again. I figure if i keep the clothes around it's kind of a way of giving myself an OK to be back at that weight. This way if god forbid i do gain the weight back it's kind of a "punishment" of sorts that i have to go by the clothes all over again. P.S. when your getting smaller , you will find you have an ebay addiction for buying new clothes lol....well maybe not everyone, guess it's just me! Alright ladies and gents, time to get back to work and can't wait till next weeks sessions. I can already do 5 minutes on the elipticle at one time before progressing to the rest of the workout. I can do many reps of 20lb Kettlebells and love the encouraging words of Miss Lauren my trainer. Thank you more than you know!

It's nice to see that other people are experiencing the same kinds of results I am and sharing the same excitement about it.

I'm not dropping weight quickly either, but like you, I am seeing results in my body and I keep telling myself that muscle is heavier than fat. Remember to take body measurements (arms, legs, hips, waist, chest, neck, etc) - these gains/losses help keep me motivated when the scale forsakes me.

    Good Luck!
