Personal 10 Pound Challenge

Yesterday I decided to restart the Chalean Extreme program. I was on the second phase, but I just had the hardest time sticking to it, so I decided to start it from the beginning and to not miss one day. I have a habit of doing that so I am in the process of taking the excuses away. My daughter will be out of school starting next week and won't start back until July 20th (she goes to a school that is year around). During this time I need to really start to either exercise after I get home or to do it after I take her to school. I will be starting back to school on August 23rd, so I need to really find a time that really will work out for me. I have a morning class that is monday, wednesday, and friday. I also have classes late afternoon on monday and wednesday. I need to hurry and decide on which will be better for me as I need to start the workout routine as soon as possible so that I can make it a habit lol. I think I will do it after I get off of work as this has worked great for me in the past. I will start my new workout time next week and see how it goes. I have set a personal challenge for myself to lose 10 pounds by Father's Day. It is doable as I have water weight holding on for dear life that I need to get rid of. I will be setting some goals for the week and then I will reflect on those goals daily.

    I am still doing the HIGH FIVE GOALS...this one goes until June 26th...I have already dropped eight big ones this goal!! I am in and will try to do ten more by Fathers day!! We can do this!!

    Hey, I'm down for the 10 pound challenge too. I need to drop more but that would be a start. You can do it, just stay focused. I just got back from Vegas and I've gained about 7 pounds. So lets do this together. Good luck!!!

    I understand what you are talking about, and I will join you in that 10 pounds challenge by Fathers Day. If you have some people that will stand together or take on the challenge with you, then we ALL could accomplish something.
