Personal 10 Pound Challenge

Yesterday I decided to restart the Chalean Extreme program. I was on the second phase, but I just had the hardest time sticking to it, so I decided to start it from the beginning and to not miss one day. I have a habit of doing that so I am in the process of taking the excuses away. My daughter will be out of school starting next week and won't start back until July 20th (she goes to a school that is year around). During this time I need to really start to either exercise after I get home or to do it after I take her to school. I will be starting back to school on August 23rd, so I need to really find a time that really will work out for me. I have a morning class that is monday, wednesday, and friday. I also have classes late afternoon on monday and wednesday. I need to hurry and decide on which will be better for me as I need to start the workout routine as soon as possible so that I can make it a habit lol. I think I will do it after I get off of work as this has worked great for me in the past. I will start my new workout time next week and see how it goes. I have set a personal challenge for myself to lose 10 pounds by Father's Day. It is doable as I have water weight holding on for dear life that I need to get rid of. I will be setting some goals for the week and then I will reflect on those goals daily.
