Personal Challenge Day 1

I did very good for the first day. I stayed on my food plan, I did my workout, and I drank my water! Drinking water has been a hard thing for me to for some reason, so I am happy to have achieved that. I find that it's easier for me to get in my water when I workout hard, go figure lol! Anyways, the day was a good one and I look forward to repeating it today also.
