Personal Challenge Day 2 - 4

I have been on a roll the past few days. I have managed to stay within my ranges and I have been doing my planned exercises each day, with the exception of moving an exercise to another day for one of the days. I am so happy that I am keeping it up. This has been a week in which I have proved to myself that I can do this. My hard work is paying off because so far I have loss almost 3 pounds, yeah! I will be at my 10 pound goal before I know it.
