Personal Challenge Day 5

I didn't do too bad yesterday with my food. I did my workout like I was suppose to so the whole day was a good one. I will make sure to stick to my food plan this weekend as holidays kill me when it comes to weight loss. I lose focus and start to eat without keeping track of what it is that I ate. I then start to feel guilty and then decide that why workout because I already blew the food. This time it will not happen because I already know what we are having and now I can plan my food out in advance. I find that when I track my food a few days in advance, I tend to stay with that instead of choosing it the day of. So, my goals for today is to do my planned exercise, stay on my food plan, get in at least 8 cups of water, and plan my food out for the next coming week and post it on my food tracker.
