Personal Challenge Day 6 - 7

I am doing really good with my food. Holiday weekends have been a breaking point for me when it comes to me gaining a lot of weight. This time I am preparing myself and it is working out in my favor. I have been able to keep my calorie intake in check and I have exercised as I have planned. I am currently working on my food plan for the week so that I don't get lazy and start to keep any weight that I may gain today. I am going to enter the food in that I plan on eating today to see what the calories are going to be and I will add extra cardio as needed. My goal for today is to eat what I put in the nutrition tracker, drink at least 8 cups of water, and do my planned exercise for the day.
