Personal Challenge Day 8

I did very well yesterday. I ate what I had planned to eat and I did my planned exercise. I got in half of the water that I wanted to do, but that's okay because at least I got that amount in. What I will work on today is to eat my planned food for the day, do some exercise instead of rest, and drink at least 8 cups of water.
