Whole Foods Update

So, the whole foods challenge has come and gone, and I did stick to my plan as written below 100%.
I noticed something, though. Although I went over my upper calorie limit quite a few days last week, I still lost almost 4 pounds by the end of the week. Apparently I can eat more food when it's as close to its natural state as possible than when it is processed. Good to know! I think my body digests healthier food a lot faster and more efficiently than processed stuff.
